Privacy Policy

ABC LLC (operating the GlobalOne1 Money platform) is the controller of personal data collected through this product. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, country, date of birth, employment, and intended use, collected at signup and during onboarding.
- Identity data — government ID, proof of address, and source of funds documents when you transact. Provided directly to our banking partners (Bridge, Hifi); we see status, not raw documents.
- Financial data — balance, transaction history, counterparties, and fees. Held with the relevant banking partner; we display it under your authorization.
- Technical signals — IP address (hashed before storage), geolocation by IP, device fingerprint (hashed), browser, OS, screen, timezone, language. Used for fraud prevention and account security.
- Behavioral signals — page views, button clicks, session duration. Used to improve the product. Never sold.
Why we collect it
- To operate, support, and secure your account
- To comply with KYC, AML, sanctions, and tax-reporting law
- To detect and prevent fraud and account takeover
- To improve the product, with your behavioral data aggregated and de-identified where possible
- To send you transactional and (with consent) marketing communications
The legal bases under GDPR are: contract performance (operating your account), legal obligation (KYC/AML), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent (marketing).
Who we share with
- Banking partners — Bridge (bridge.xyz) and Hifi (hifi.com) for KYC, custody, and money movement.
- Identity verification — providers used by our banking partners (e.g. Persona, Onfido).
- Authentication — Clerk (clerk.com) for sign-in, session management, and MFA.
- Infrastructure — Netlify (hosting), AWS (data storage), Cloudflare (network protection).
- Government and law enforcement — when legally compelled and only to the extent required.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share data for third-party advertising.
International transfers
ABC LLC operates globally. Your data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other countries where our partners and infrastructure providers operate. Transfers out of the EEA / UK are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
Account and transactional data: 7 years after account closure (regulatory requirement). Behavioral telemetry: 90 days, then aggregated and de-identified. Hashed IP and device fingerprints: 30 days for active accounts. Marketing-list email: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Submit a request to privacy@globalone.money. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, and (with consent) analytics cookies that help us understand how the product is used. The cookie banner on first visit gives you control.
Children
GlobalOne1 Money is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
